Immediately started to complain about my furniture as soon as they walked in the door. I was told there would be 3 movers, there were only 2. One of which, I suspect was either drunk or on drugs, as he couldn't walk straight and was slurring his words. The owner was one of the movers and he asked for more money in the middle of loading my things. I suspect they do this everyone. Quote a low price to beat competitors, then ask for more once on the job. I was also told that they treat everything as fragile but they did not. My antique vanity, my 4 poster bed, my chandelier lamp, my xmas ornaments, and several dishes were all broken upon delivery. They dumped all my stuff in my living room and only left me a very small path to walk through it. My couch had fleas on it after being in their trailer. Awful experience, dont waste your money.
Fragile stuff not treated as fragile, destroyed the exit door of the house moving out. Also thr tv table. Delivered on time but could have been more pleasant in interaction
